Steely Dan has started his breeding career and we are excited to see what he produces. A son of Jeremiah's Quatrain, Dan is a compact but conformationally perfect young stud. His fleece is both fine and dense and he has the presence that says "herdsire".
His dam is a remarkable female named Rosemary N Thyme and anyone who has visited the farm will know her due to her enguaging personality. Rosemary has produced several herdsires and show champions and Dan will be another to carry forward her line for generations to come. Dan's sire, Quatrain, is a well known producer of champions many of which are grey.
We have Dan's first cria on the ground, a true black out of a silver grey dam. Fleece character is outstanding and is as black as coal with no faded cria tips.
